Walk through the heart of Italy's breathtaking Dolomites, beneath towering limestone peaks, across flower-filled alpine meadows, and along some of Europe's most spectacular mountain trails, including the legendary Tre Cime di Lavaredo.

Each day combines rewarding hikes with the comfort of welcoming alpine hotels, incredible local food, and expert guides who handle the details for you. With daily luggage transfers and small group travel, you simply lace up your boots and walk, taking in the scenery, the adventure and the atmosphere of the Dolomites at every step.

The route reaches a highest point of 2,800 metres and moves through Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Cortina d'Ampezzo and the Puster Valley, with iconic mountain hut stops along the way.

Welcome to the Dolomites
Overnight Selva di Val Gardena

Transfer from Venice airport to Val Gardena and check in at your hotel. Meet your guide for a briefing on the itinerary, then sit down together for a welcome dinner at the hotel to review the tour details. Overnight at the 4 star Hotel Pozzamanigoni in Selva di Val Gardena.

Val Gardena to Alta Badia
Santa Cristina to Corvara (15 km)

After breakfast, a private transfer takes you to the Col Raiser valley station in Santa Cristina, where the lift carries you up into the Puez Odle Natural Park. A hike through grassy meadows leads to Rifugio Firenze, then over Forcella Sieles, where a short iron-rope path connects to the famous Alta Via, before a hearty lunch at Rifugio Puez Odle. In the afternoon, descend to Corvara in Alta Badia.

Your luggage is transferred ahead to the 4 star Hotel Marmolada in the centre of Corvara. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Alta Badia
Corvara to San Cassiano (8 km)

From Corvara, hike up to the alpine plateaus of Piz La Ila and enjoy an open-air lunch at one of the mountain huts, with views of the imposing Sella Group and the peaks around Cortina d'Ampezzo. In the afternoon, descend to the town of San Cassiano. As an alternative, walk to the Piz Sorega lift and reach the town by gondola.

Your luggage is transferred ahead to the 4 star Hotel Diamant in San Cassiano. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Alta Badia to Cortina d'Ampezzo
Passo Falzarego to Cortina d'Ampezzo (13.5 km)

Transfer to Passo Falzarego and take the lifts up to Rifugio Lagazuoi. From here, hike beneath the imposing Tofana di Rozes to Rifugio Dibona and Rifugio Pomedes, iconic mountain huts with views over the Nuvolau, Averau, Cinque Torri and, at last, Cortina d'Ampezzo. Continue under the Tofane peaks to Piè Tofana, then descend through larch forest to the enchanting Lake Ghedina before a short private transfer to your hotel in town. A shorter option is available with a transfer from Piè Tofana to the centre.

Check in at the 3 star Hotel Da Beppe Sello in Cortina. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.

Tre Cime di Lavaredo to Puster Valley
Tre Cime di Lavaredo (10 km)

One of the most iconic hikes in the Dolomites. From Rifugio Auronzo, walk at the foot of the massive sandstone monoliths of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo, symbol of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, with views of the Cadini di Misurina range and the light blue lake of Auronzo di Cadore. Continue to Rifugio Lavaredo and up to Forcella Lavaredo, where the legendary North Faces reveal themselves for the first time, then on to Rifugio Locatelli and the small lakes just behind it.

Descend through the Val Fiscalina to the town of Moso in the Puster Valley, South Tyrol, before transferring back to Cortina d'Ampezzo. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Da Beppe Sello.
